Animal-derivative-free polypropylene fittings are radiation stable and resistant to solvents, chemicals, water, strong mineral acids, bases, and other inorganic environments. Not recommended for use with oxidizing agents.

The tubing is rated for 25 psi working pressure and 29.9 inHg vacuum, and supports autoclave, gamma radiation, and ethylene oxide sterilization methods. It meets FDA food-contact and NSF 51 standards and passes relevant USP/ISO biocompatibility tests.
